Our company, the Dream Party & Ceremony, has never been short on unique weddings, but this one is truly exceptional! You dream it – I will make it happen! I am Brigitta Tollas, a wedding planner, officiant, event organizer, and master of ceremonies.
As a wedding planner, I truly enjoy challenges. I believe that the wedding day should be unforgettable for everyone involved, and we must make the most out of it. In fact, this applies not only to the hospitality and the ceremony, but also to our imagination. When it comes to weddings, we should not place any limits on our creativity.
Game of Thrones is one of the most popular and beloved series worldwide, enchanting viewers with its atmosphere and thrilling storyline. We aimed to recreate this mystical ambiance and world.
Game of Thrones is rich in fantasy elements, but to bring it to life, we needed to place it in a historical yet contemporary setting. That’s why we chose the Városliget Café, where every aspect of the series could be perfectly realized. Additionally, the view was unparalleled, with the Vajdahunyad Castle staring right back at us.
Speaking of wolves…befitting the Stark family, a wolf was an essential element of the wedding. I would like to express my gratitude to Mária Farkas for the incredible decorations. Without her, we could not have brought to life a truly thematic Game of Thrones wedding. Thanks to her, the mystical world of battles was embodied with the help of chains and shields. Of course, the newlyweds were also part of the extraordinary experience – their attire spoke for itself!
We aimed to align the ceremony with the spirit of the series, incorporating the well-known vow from the series: “Father. Smith. Warrior. Mother. Maiden. Crone. Stranger. I am his/hers, and he/she is mine, from this day until the end of my days.” The ceremony concluded with a toast of cornucopia – and a Celtic Rope Ceremony of the couple’s choice.
